LSAT TUTOR JOB DETAILS: WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
Job Requirements
Tutoring Experience: not required, but significantly valued.
Official LSAT Score: Proof of 165+ on an official LSAT (screenshot is sufficient).
Up-to-date LSAT Abilities: Proficient knowledge of the concepts on the LSAT.
Client first mentality: As tutors, our clients rely on us. We want to be there for them!
1+ Year commitment: you must be able to commit to at least one year.
What you will be doing?
Tutoring: conduct 1-on-1 tutoring (not group classes) via Google Meet.
That’s it! Only tutoring. We want to make all the back-end operations as streamlined as possible, so you only need to worry about the tutoring. We take care of the rest – getting the clients, billing the clients, creating materials, etc.
Compensation & Growth
Pay range: $30-40 starting, up to $50 based on performance/reviews/retention.
Clear pay raise structure: for every 5 five-star reviews, you receive a $3 raise.
Growth path: All head tutors, HR trainers, sales reps, etc. are hired within.
Weekly Pay: Payment is provided every Friday via direct deposit.
Hours and Commitment
Full-time and part-time positions available.
10-40 hours per week: You must be available to commit 10+ hours per week. However, you are able to do anywhere from 10-50 hours as full-time positions are available, too. This can be a career!
Flexible Scheduling: Want to work mornings? evenings? weekends? no problem! We will work around your schedule and match you with students who align with your availability.
**We’re especially eager to work with tutors who see this as a long-term opportunity to grow with our team and who make our students a priority. We are currently prioritizing applicants who are available for 25+ hours per week with a commitment of at least one year. **
